Q. Why should I consider AcaiSupplements.co.uk acai berry supplements over other acai products?
A. All the products we sell only uses certified organic, freeze-dried and Fair Trade acai berry powder:
- Only freeze-dried acai berry powder is used in all our products, which studies have shown keep the most of the acai's vitamins, minerals and antioxidant qualities during processing.
- Only organic acai is used, which keeps the acai free from contamination by potentially harmful pesticides.
- All products use Fair Trade acai which means that the workers involved in the growing, harvesting and processing have been given a fair living wage. This allows local communities to survive, enjoying a recognisable better quality of life.

Q. Is Acai safe?
A. Yes, acai berry has not be shown to offer any side effects.
In all the studies to date, acai has not shown any known side effects.
The only active ingredient in the products we sell is the acai berry powder.
The supplements and powder tubs are manufactured in the UK to GMP Code of Practice and ISO9001:2000 Quality Accreditation. This manufacturing facility is also FDA and EPA registered, complies with the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 which came into effect on the 1st August 2005 and complies with all MHRA regulations.
Q. Are your products guaranteed?
A. Yes.

2. You also have protection under the "Distance Selling Regulations" as implemented in the UK. You are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 working days within which you can cancel your order by confirmation in writing. The 7 working days begins the day after goods are delivered. A full refund will be given on unused products.
Q. What is the recommended dosage of your products?
A. All products come with dosage instructions.
All products have a dosage recommendation on their labels. You can also see this recommendation on the product decriptions on our site.
Buying Acai
Q. How do I place an order?
A. You can buy our products online by credit/debit card, or by printing off an order form and sending us cheque or postal order.
The fastest way to order is by ordering online. We use Google Checkout and Paypal to process our online payments. We do not see any of your financial details. Both Paypal and Google Checkout process your payment, and then forward your name, address and order to us.
Q. Will I get re-billed?
A. All purchases from this site are one-off. You will never be rebilled.
We do NOT offer any monthly ordering plans.
All orders from our website are "one off" orders - you will never be re-billed.
Also, as we use Google Checkout and Paypal to process your payment, we never get to see your payment details - so it's impossible for us to re-bill you even if we wanted to (which we don't!).
Q. I'm not in the UK, can I still order products from your website?
A. Yes, we send our products worldwide.
Obviously we have to add a fee for sending orders out of the UK, which is why we have separate order pages for Europe, and the rest of the World.

Q. Is my email safe? Are you going to send me loads of marketing messages?
A. Not unless you want us to.
We greatly respect your privacy, and we promise we will never sell, share, rent or reveal your e-mail address or any of your personal information to any third party, business or outside entity.
When paying for your order via Google Checkout, you can actually hide your email address from us if you want!
Shipping Acai Berry™
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. We do our best to process and send out orders within 24 hours, though our aim is to send out orders same day.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail with a "Proof of Posting" certificate. UK orders are sent First Class, larger orders are sent Recorded Delivery. UK customers should receive their order between 3 and 4 working days.
Overseas orders are sent by insured post, either Airsure™ or International Signed For™. Overseas customers should receive their orders between 4 and 15 days, depending on what part of the world and local Customs.
Q. How is my order packaged?
A. All orders are sent in discreet protective bubble envelopes.
Q. What happens if I don't receive my order?
A. We replace it.
We obtain a "Proof of Posting" certificate for all the orders we sent out.
UK orders - Larger orders are sent "Recorded Delivery", which requires a signature on delivery. If you are out when the Royal Mail call, a red and white card will be left at your address asking you to contact your local Sorting Office. If you are out during the day, please check for this card as it is often mistaken for junk mail.
If after 7 working days you still have not received your order, please email us here, an we will send out a replacement while starting a claim with the Royal Mail who will contact you for signed confirmation of the lost order.
