Please follow the instructions which come with your order, and take for a minimum of 14 days. It is highly unlikely that any positive effects will be seen before then.

Should you not be completely satisfied with the quality of the product you have bought, simply return your part used/empty product container for a full refund.

2 Bottle / Tub / Pack Orders

We are happy to offer a full refund for 2 item orders as long as you return one unopened item. The overwhelming amount of customers see an effect while taking one bottle / tub / pack, but due to a number of unscrupulous customers returning 2 completely empty items we have had to protect ourselves.

Should you start the second item and want to return your order, we will refund you half of your payment (50%), on receipt of the one empty item and one partly used item.

3 Bottle Orders

Return 2 unopened items and 1 opened item and receive 100% refund.
Return 1 unopened item and 2 opened items and receive 50% refund.
No refund on 3 opened items.
