NOTE: All orders are sent same working day (Monday to Friday) when received before 12 pm. Orders received after this time are sent next working day. All UK orders are sent first class post and should be with you within 3-4 days. All European orders are sent by Airmail small packet rate and can take up 10 working days depending what part of Europe. US orders are sent from our office in California.
UK Orders ... If you are out when Royal Mail calls, they will leave you a red and white card asking you to collect your parcel from your local Sorting Office (Having said that, sometimes they forget or the card is mistaken for junk mail).
If you are contacting us regarding not yet receiving your order, and it has been over 5 working days since you ordered, please contact your local Sorting Office (Your nearest Post Office will have the telephone number) and check to see whether they are holding your order. If they are not, please then contact us.
